Door is not flush to the body.
I'm not sure what may have happened. But I just noticed that the my driver side door is slightly bulged out. It closes and locks but you can see the door is not flush to the body when closed.
I haven't brought the car into the dealer yet but I have a feeling this might cost a pretty penny to fix.
Anyone else ever experience this issue?

You can adjust the front of the door by repositioning the door hinges, or adding shims if necessary.
You can adjust the back of the door by repositioning the door lock striker.
If you move the hinges or striker much, you might expose bare metal that will need to be painted to protect from rusting.
The door gap is supposed to be about 4 mm front and back, and it's supposed to be flush with the body in front of and behind it.
