Lots of play in steering wheel

When my car is off there is a lot of play in my steering wheel. It feel very loose. Any idea what it could be? I hit a pot hole over the winter that caused a bunch of crap as well as this. I fixed my wheel bearing/hub as well as control arm bushings. There are no noises when I steer, and everything seems fine except the play in the wheel. When the car is running the wheel doesn't even turn enough to turn the wheels, I can teeter it back and forth a good degree without my tires turning left or right.

Any advice is helpful.

Thanks
