Seat backrest shakes!!

FIX: Seat backrest shaking (large play)
My 07 R56 S, has a problem with the front driver's seat: the backrest is a bit shaky, so it moves a bit forward when braking.
The passenger's seat is OK and doesn't have this play (or it's very minimal). Is there a fix for this, or must I change the seat's frame?
Everything else, including the memory function works fine.

OK... After quite some time I came up with a (temporary??) solution...
What I did was wrap the locator pin with some stainless-steel wire I had home and the problem was solved! I am trying to improve the fix by putting something rubbery around the pin, but it is not easy to push it around the pin (it buckles).
I wrapped the wire around itself so it was stronger... I redid the fix after taking the photos so that the wire is thicker and better spread over the surface.
I don't think this will really last long, but for 15min and no cost, I would do it again instead of gambling with buying a new backrest frame...
PS: The backrest will still shake a bit, but it is more like 0.5mm than the 4mm (measuring the top) it previously was. This is the same as the passenger's side seat, which always was felt sturdier. I guess if you can wrap the pin with a thicker and more stronger material the shake would be completely gone...
