PS Fan Fuse Location....
I searched numerous treads with no luck in verifying the fuse location for my power steering pump fuse.
When viewing the drivers side interior fuse panel cover I am assuming that the 5A fuse located between F41 & F42, or the last 5A fuse in the 3rd column of the fuse assembly.
Can anyone verify that's correct?
Thanks in advance....

On cars with the Park Distance Controller system (i.e. "backup sensor"), fuse #41 has the PDC icon rather than the power steering icon, so the power steering icon doesn't actually appear anywhere in the diagram.
Also, while fuse #41 is related to the PS pump fan, it's not the fan's actual power source. The fan receives power through a relay (K66923, 30-Amp), located under the hood in spot F8.
Fuse #41 provides the power needed to turn relay K66923 on and off, but the power that's actually routed through the relay to the fan comes from somewhere else.

So my understanding is that when my PS fan siezes, fuse 41 (5A) blows...is that correct?
Recently when I changed my oil I checked to see if the PS fan spun freely and it didn't. It did rotate with some help. I removed the fan and used compressor air and removed the dirt. It rotated freely, but not as well.
So I think at one time the PS fan activated and the fuse blew, when I located the proper location and removed the fuse, it was blown.
So, what activates the PS fan? I'm assuming temperature??
Anyway, after replacing the PS pump less that a year ago I don't want this pump failing due to over temp. conditions, so I purchased a replacement fan from MiniPartMass.com...it's scheduled to arrive today.
I'm going to install it ASAP....
Thanks to all for all the support.
