Radiator dented

Radiator dented
Hi all,
Recently purchased a used 08 MCS and pulled the front grill off when I noticed a crack in a few of the grill slats.
Beneath that the radiator is dented quite a bit. Pics attached. The radiator doesn't leak, the car doesn't (seem to me) overheat. No CEL.
So sorry if this seems like a naive question, but is this this something I need to fix?

You really have to decide based on your usage. If you stay local mostly, can keep an eye out for leaks (Maybe just tiny dampness at first) and deal with a breakdown in case it just pops one day, you can leave it. It will work fine but is probably weaker and may fail sooner than most.
On the other hand if you drive long distances, or your 16 year old daughter is taking it across the desert, just replace it.
e.g., wife gets runflats, I have regular tires.
