Rubber Supercharger Gasket Change Question

Rubber Supercharger Gasket Change Question
All,
I have had a surging idle issue that comes and goes (usually car idles normal but occasionally will oscillate between 500-1000 RPMs). I have no check engine lights, and am a few pounds of boost short since the intake install. I have checked the connections for the intake and they all seem fine, same with the intercooler boots and other things that I touched during the install.
I was reading that it could be related to the green rubber gasket that goes from the supercharger to the plastic tube/pipe. This would make sense since I did have to put some pressure on the tube when fitting my intake so I might have inadvertently wiggled something lose.
I have looked for instructions to find out how to replace the green rubber gasket but haven't found much. Do you have to remove the modular front end? Are there any tips/tricks for doing replacing?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
-Jason

It's actually quiet easy but I didn't take any short cuts. I put mine into full service mode and went ahead and changed the super charger oil while I was there which gets rather involved. As far as the gasket goes I recommend that you install the gasket on the metal side and the push the tube onto it. It is a tight fit. Be careful with the plastic tube where it bolts onto the case. It can be brittle and does break off easily. If that happens just buy a new tube to replace the broken one for peace of mind.
