Sagging windows in cold weather

I have an '03 MCS and the weather here in NorCal has been a colder than usual. It seems that when the overnight temps go down to about 35 or below that both of the windows will sag or lower about .25 to .50 inches. Has anyone else seen this? I tried to search the forum, but didn't really come up with anything. Any ideas?

edit - I should add that they seem to lower by themselves. No one has been driving my car or using the keys (at least, that I know of).
