2003 mini dash light/sun roof/blinkers issue

2003 mini dash light/sun roof/blinkers issue
swapped stereo out on my 03 mini w/ Hk system removed amp out of system an now dash lights dont work ,sun roof dont work and blinkers on dash dont work . #5 fuse in car has no power on it on either side all other fuses test good . underhood fuse test good too. any hidden fuses anyware else ?
