Rattle upon start up

Anyone care to offer an idea as to what this rattle is that I get during start up? Does not do it when the car is completely cold (ie overnight) and does not do it when the car is warm...but seems to always do it when its been driving then sits for a few hrs (ie at work). It stops immediately as the revs come down to idle and will not be heard again in any circumstance.

And yes the oil level is fine...

Turn up your sound, It can be heard in this video:

I'm thinking timing chain tensioner....but that does not seem to be a common issue like it is on the R56.

Get a louder exhaust system! Sorry, I can't hear it. How many miles on the GP? Could be the small belt tensioner shock absorber/strut. I just replaced mine.

It's not the timing chain tensioner. That makes more of clatter/diesel sound and would make the noise mostly when the car is cold and all the oil has dripped out of the oil channels.
