p-code
FWIW: from the MiniCooper Diagnosis without Guesswork manual:
P-code: P0123
Description: Accelerator pedal position (PWG)sensor A circuit high
Threshold value: >4.9 volts
Related component: Accelerator pedal position sensor
P-code: P0222
Description: TPS B circuit low
Threshold value: <0.09 volts
Related component: Electronic throttle position actuator (EDR) feedback.
Based on the two P-codes and the description, it sounds like a problem with either the accelerator actuator or the sensor...
Hope this helps....

Ok so the codes no longer come up no check engine light nothing.
Since I am not getting spark we replaced the ignition coil which has not fixed anything. I'm totally regretting buying this car :( still nothing
The intermittent ground signal to the coil is apparently non exhistnt but I have positive . I've talked to a few BMW techs. Who also thought the coil was the issue:(
So still just cranks .... Anyone know anything about where I can download a mini service manual?
