Check engine light
#26
I just got a check engine light after pulling my intake, de-carbonizing the valves and installing a BSH catch can and delete. Car is running fine and I don't think I left anything off or unplugged. Any Ideas! I don't have a code reader to really check it (yellow engine light).
where you MAF is did you, like blowing crap around? You could take the car up to an auto zone and have them scan it. That'd help us. It may clear on it's own also after a couple of start up's and shut down's.

no it never acted up... i dont even know how long i was driving before i noticed it on... never made a noise or anything... its still yellow and i called the dealer to see if they can give me any info. i just had my car there at the beginning of this month to have the thermostat fixed! so hopefully its something i can have done around here (dealer is 300 miles away)...

Went to the dealer and they said I had the evap error code when my car was throwing the P0031 code (they said they dont go by P codes??). They said it could be a couple of things, would need to charge $230+ to diag, wouldnt hurt the car, but didnt need an 02 sensor as I thought. they cleared the code and hasnt popped up yet after 4-5 restarts (but my window now is falling again..#ifitsnotonethingitsanother)
