question on worn out muffler
moving it out to the general r50 forum, as it seems getting more responses.
2006 mini cooper r50.
just noticed, the rear exhaust box (outside next to the pipe) starts to have a crack (not penetrated to inside yet, guessing from the sound).
maybe it's about the time to have it replaced.
while i can easily search an OEM for good price, have it shipped and done it at a local garage,
i am also interested in investing in a 'performance' stuffs.
(not meaning to gain huge hp's but in terms of having it with a slightly lighter/better materials etc if possible)
good considerable option out there? a fairly priced, also easy to install?
searched some, requiring to replace apron to suit the pipe shape.
would prefer one with 'quick & easy' bolt on.
