Left moonroof open, rained, no heat or A/C

I left the moon roof open and some rain got on the dash. Now, the heat and A/C control unit (Behr Thermocontrol Unit) does not light up or turn on in any way. Also, the warning indicator lights DO work, but the instrument cluster illumination lights do NOT work.

First question, are any of the dash lights influenced by the heat & A/C unit not working? I've also looked at all of the fuses on the driver's side and under the hood and I haven't found a blown fuse. I'm thinking of getting out my multimeter.. I'd like to get this fixed myself if possible.

Thanks so much!!

Do you have insurance on the car? Still have full coverage? May want to start there. Not sure they would cover it, but mine did when I left a window open once and shored out everything in my driver door in my Nissan.
