Arm Rest Issue

So, my 2007 R56's arm rest keeps slipping. I rest my elbow/arm on it and 9 times out of 10 the top slides back and is driving me nuts. Anyone know of a way I can fix this or how much a replacement part thingie would be? And what would I replace? The sliding part or the holding part thingie (and yes, I know these are technical terms)

Top Cover around 60 dollars. Usually one or more tabs at the front snap off allowing the top to slide back and forth at will.

Black Imitation leather - Part no. 51162753341.

Or, take a small piece of Velcro on the cover and base to keep it shut. Or a large piece to never open it again.
