Speakers don't work help
I ripped my door panels apart, and noticed that the bigger speakers in the door panels don't work. Just wondering if I get new speakers if that will fix it or if their is some wiring issue somewhere, or a setting on the oem radio. The speakers aren't blown.
Just asking cause I had a pickup truck which speakers in the door panel didn't work. I got expensive speakers, and still nothing. I had to rewire the speakers, cause their was a factory amp which was no where to be found. Guess thats what happens when you buy a used truck with no radio in it to test everything.
This thread can be removed. The speakers aren't blown, but for some reason didn't work. I bought new speakers, and they work great.

Do you have a continuitytester or a toner?? These devices will be a great help in determining if the wire is good to point of origin. If so, test speakers (assuming you have already....) With another car somewhere.. check the amp next. Doubt its the deck... Or maybe ... Really hoping you have, make sure it didn't get faded to the rear..... Lol.
