Yes this can be if you can not fix it. But here are ways to repair it without spending too much money, such as a Time Cert if you can find someone to do it with the head on. There are cheaper ones to do it if you have a good mechanic. Hopefully it did not rip the threads out with it and you might get the plug to stay in with 22ftlbs of torque. If it come out again you will need to do a threaded insert as I mentioned.
