P1688/P0107 code help!

I would like to get pointed in the right direction. My 2004 mcs has been running like crap after supercharger rebuild. Lots of hesitation at higher rpms. Today it went into limp mode and i pulled these two codes from the scan tool. I would just like to know what could cause this. Thanks in advance

What a coincidence, I just installed a 17% pulley and Alta Cold Air Intake, once I went to start the vehicle, it idled very badly and I could her a little hissing sound from the throttle body area.

My code is P1689 5769 Electronic Throttle Control Monitor Level 2/3 Torque Calculation Error

Your codes are:
P1688 5768 Electronic Throttle Control Monitor Level 2/3 Mass Air Flow Calculation
P0107 263 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input

Not sure what the solution is to my issue or yours. Tomorrow I'll check out the throttle body and surrounding connections to see if I can find something leaking.

Ok I replaced that with an ATI crank damper while doing the supercharger. I don't hear any squeaks from the belt

Did you replace all the gaskets when you reinstalled everything?
Sounds like a pinched gasket, missing one, loose part.....listen closely...i bet you have a pretty sizeble leak.

Think I solved the problem! The Tmap sensor was not plugged in all the way, guess I had a blond moment when reinstalling everything! Thanks a lot for the help guys, it helped narrow the problem down, and save me wasted money!

I solved my problems also with the DTC P1689, it turned out to be the throttle body bolts not tight and the intercooler couplers had a leak. She's running like a champ now.

It's great sites like this that make it worthwhile to have such a great vehicle and stay away from the "stealership". The issues we just faced could have caused us thousands to get repaired at a dealer.

Yes Def! Since joining the site I have done all the repairs myself, which include supercharger, fuel pump and filter and smaller pulley install. Its really helped me learn so much more about the car, and gain valuable experience!

I guess I jumped the gun on this one. After plugging In the tmap sensor the car ran noticeable better, but then the problem reared its ugly head again! When going a quick full throttle its like it has a long delay than shouts into higher rpm. When I gradually squeeze the throttle it seems Fine. Any quick burst of throttle causes bad hesitation. Iam back to square one the check engine went away after driving for about 20 mins, went to autozone and got the same codes (p0107). Don't know any mini mechanics in the nyc area, so I might take a ride up to Helix this week. Any help would greatly be appreciated onec again!

Again thanks everyone for the feedback. The code went away after a few miles of driving. Could not figure out the slipping at high rpms, so I took it to the mini guru Helix Motorsports.
One thing I have to say the shop is clean and workers were very polite and welcoming. The tech took my car out for a test drive, while me and Eric chatted about mini's and classic e30 and e36 m3!
The tech (not good with names) said it was a bad clutch, which was in the back of my mind, as the clutch was grabbing higher than before. Eric and company convinced me that the valeo clutch and single mass flywheel conversion kit is the way to go. Also directed me in the quaife LSD rather than the much higher priced OS gilken unit.
I told them about a coolant leak, which the fixed free of charge.
What won when I suggested options for clutch and LSD option. They convinced me towards a more cost effective and more reliable alternative! I would recommend Helix to anyone in the northeast! I drove from nyc!
