08 Base Cooper Cold Idle - Slight flutter

Different from the more severe issues that are documented, I recently picked up a new base cooper that has an ever so slight flutter/hunt (not even 100rpms in variance) in the cold idle RPM on a total cold start - is this a known issue? Car starts up completely fine and normal, and when it's at the operating temp RPM there is zero flutter at idle, and the car drives fine. Thoughts?

My non turbo coupe does this as well and the dealer claims all is well. My car purrs after the first 30 seconds so I'm not going to worry about it.
