If the old ones are stuck and keep spinning, a trick to remove them is to gently pry up on one side under the head ( from the notch on either side) near screw part to the expanding flange, while turning the head counterclockwise. Also keeps the bottom part from spinning. It they are beyond using pry them out and replace.
