Clear fluid dripping

I noticed yesterday and today a clear fluid underneath my car when backing out of my driveway. This is after car is sitting for 6+hours. I touched it and tasted it (yes I tasted it), and its clear, not oily, and doesn't really have a taste. My first thought was condensation from the A/C, but this is after it sitting for hours.
Today, it actually left a drip trail as I was pulling out of my driveway that I noticed upon returning about 15 minutes later. I jacked the car up and I found a black oval hose, that sticks out about an inch below the car that was dripping. Its pretty dead center and towards the back of the engine compartment. I'm guessing some sort of overflow hose? What is this? Car is going to the mechanic tomorrow for timing chain testing, but thought maybe y'all could give me some info.

picture in the first post is exactly what I'm talking about. Is this the a/c condensation hose? Wouldn't think it would be actively dripping/ puddle after sitting for several hours.

A/C condensation drain hose. It is normal that it drips. No need for concern.

Cool, just weird that it's so wet under my car 7 hours later. Never had a car drop that much.
Thanks for the diagram.
