clutch/ throwout bearing chatter on JCW @ 20k?

Hello,
I have an 08 JCW R52 and I notice occasionally when I am letting off the clutch usually going between first and second I hear what I believe is the throw out bearing chattering. I am new to these cars so I dont know if that is normal or not? Other than that it is excellent. At no other times does it make noise.

Actually I haven't heard it in awhile but I installed the sprint booster today and the chatter paid me a visit.

Any Ideas??

Sounds like the clutch disk is chattering. How many miles on the car? Still on the stock clutch?

Was this a super early factory JCW or an S with the JCW tuning kit added? The clutch on the S models is supposedly not very robust if you read the forums. Depending on how the car was driven could just be a worn clutch.

2008 JCW "last of the supercharged" edition . I noticed it wasn't doing it today.... But was trying to prepare myself incase. 20k seems mild for clutch issues

Do you get it at idle, a little chatter? Are you the only owner, even though that is pretty low miles I just wonder if its been driven hard.

Last of the supercharger was a great edition. Great options with the panther black English leather / sidewalk package and JCW kit. You should have the little bulldog face icon Badge for the grille, which is very rare and nice, now NLA. I dug and found the part number people and dealerships have been looking for.

Post up some pics of your edition. Would like to see it.

Thanks

Second owner. Picked it up from dealership and Have had it since 12k. No noise at idle. When I do hear it I hear it midway releasing the clutch in 1st gear.

Yeah it's a sweet little ride!
