Transmission leak.

Ive searched and searched and can't find anything that appears to be similar to my issue. I bought my 02 mcs from a buddy who replaced a bunch of parts. One part was the passenger side axle. Now he got a replacement part from west bay (got to ask him for the particular company) that was OEM spec. Lately ive noticed my transmission to be wet with fluid that appears to be coming from the axle seal to the transmission. I don't know if its from him possibly overfilling the tranny or if the new seal he bought is already bad? Or if the axle is a tiny bit smaller so it doesn't seal as well?

I'll get a better picture soon but I have one that kinda shows where I'm talking about, shaft to transmission on passenger side.

A better look at the leak. It leaks more after getting on it. I can't tell if it needs a new seal or if the OEM spec axle my buddy bought is a hair too small.
