Knocking noise

Hello, i've just bought a 03 MCS and i've been daily driving it for about 2 weeks.

First of all, i discovered this noise which i think might be the dual mass flywheel that knocks at neutral or maybe it's a throw out bearing.

i've been noticing this knocking noise while in gear at around 2000-3000 rpms and even pushing the clutch in doesn't make it go away.. I know it's not the engine since i can rev it to red line in idle and it sounds normal ( i even tried turning off the engine while the noise is there and it doesn't go away. )

It doesn't knock if i am accelerating, mostly when i am applying very little pressure to the gas pedal or when i let off the gas at around 3000 rpms.

I'll try to get a video of it soon hopefully tomorrow.

I would really appreciate some help. Could it be a wheel bearing? a motor mount? trans going bad? Cv axle/shaft or w/e?

I also noticed some white liquid that is kinda oily and has no smell in the garage this week. Motor mount oil? Might be coolant? (checked level and it's not low)
