MTF LT3 conversion on R53

I believe Redline D6 is recommended as a proper substitute for MTF-LT-3
in a non-LSD Getrag 6 speed manual for an R53.
Yes, D6 is an ATF, but that's what I was told.
If you have a LSD, then you want MTF-94 or Redline MTL, as MTF-LT-3
and Redline D6 are too thin for proper operation of the LSD.

or just bring a jug to the "local" mini dealer...most will fill it from their bulk drums and sell you what you need by the quart.
A few folks have had MIXED results from aftermarket fluids...usually ok or better than the stock in the summer...but some report VERY stiff shifting and loss of MPG during the winter/cooler weather.
