Electrical voodoo

There a correlation with having the following?

- door lock actuators dead(both with FOB and toggle)
- rough starts, couple turns to get started
- 1 window slower than other, other window was working intermittently.
- AC compressor/clutch not turning on

Battery!
AutoZone or their competitors can have you in and out of the door in minutes.

Possible answers:
- door lock actuators dead(both with FOB and toggle):
http://m.instructables.com/id/Repair...or-L/?ALLSTEPS
OR new 1s!
- rough starts, couple turns to get started: check fuel distribution, vacuum lines, purge valve & ignition systems
- 1 window slower than other, other window was working intermittently. Check motor & linkages.
- AC compressor/clutch not turning on:

+1 on all that but still, don't overlook the battery and/or charging system. A weak, dying battery drives the ECU absolutely crazy and all sorts of weird electrical shenanigans appear.

Battery and alternator are super healthy. Time to start checking the failing equipment... Love old bmw issues.

Good luck with finding that ornery gremlin. Nothing lasts for ever except nothing.

A C Clutch Coil Fits 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 Mini Cooper | eBay
Thanks for this post, man! I'm going to take a chance on the coil just because I'm on a budget. Do you have a link that shows just replacing that or should I refer to AC compressor replacements? I want to avoid service mode but if I don't have a choice then so be it.
