Changed supercharger now my MINI is running horrible
I have a 2002 MINI Cooper S I changed the supercharger oil and added the recharge kit from imperial MINI. I also installed a new mishimoto radiator and new fuel filter. Once I got everything back together and started the supercharger was whining the exhaust manifold was red hot and it wasn't even up to running temperature yet. It was surging at idle really bad I hit the gas to see if it mad a difference it surged worse. It shot me three codes
P1109- Manifold air pressure to high in deceleration
P1242- Secondary Upstream Manifold Air Pressure Sensor Too High in Deceleration
P1689- Electronic throttle control monitor level 2/3 torque calculation error
Any help is appreciated after all this I am tired sore and have no clue where to start searching. Also when I was putting the supercharger intake tube on the tab to screw it in on the block broke I don't know if it makes a difference or not.

Supercharger leak
To check for intake leaks put a rubber hose on the end of a Burn-Z-Matic Propane canister and with the engine idling leak a little propane around the joints that you worked with. If the engine speeds up you found one of the leaks. Caution do this out in the open and have an extinguisher on hand. Little chance of a fire but better safe than sorry.

I could really see something going wrong there with me
Is there anyway to pump smoke into the engine? I know I found an exhaust leak by sea foaming my intake lol
do you know any tricks to attaching the supercharger intake tube? I am pretty sure that's where it is coming from my by pass valve seems to be working correctly

same symptoms happened to me after I changed my water pump and pulled my SC to make a mod. I accidentally broke the hard grey plastic tube that goes to the map sensor. Surged, idled erratically and high, super hot exhaust, SES light on. Found and replaced the plastic tube, instantly ran perfectly, and the SES light went off after about 20 restart cycles. Good luck.
