Scan tool that reads wheel speed

What scan tools out there read individual wheel speed? It appears that Autoingenuity does but are there others out there that do? I have a random DSC light and power loss after starting up and I need to find which one is at fault but spending $500 to do so is a bit expensive.

The error code in the DSC should point to the faulty WSS. Any scan tool that can read error codes from the module should get the job done. Even with the light off, the error is still stored in the memory. You don't necessarily need to read the output from each sensor directly.

I purchased the BMW C110 V3.6 and will let you all know how it does. For $49 shipped I hope it is better than going to the dealer for a diagnosis of $120 per hour.

I have a friend that was able to read the wheel spin for me with a Snap-On brand scan tool.

So it is a little bit weird to find the wheel speed on the C110 V3.6. Here is how to do it with a photo of what the readout looks like:

Plug it in with key off (photo of BMW and Mini logos pop up)
Turn Key on and start the car - Hit enter key
Scroll to second screen and select Mini - hit enter key
Select Mini R50/R52/R53 - Hit enter key
Select Chassis - hit enter key

It will go through a selection process of what mode to use, just wait. it will select mod 3 if I remember correctly. This might also be after you select the ABS/ASC/DSC as stated below.

Select ABS/ASC/DSC {Dynamic ST Ability Control} - hit enter key
Select Read datastream - hit enter key
Select ABS R50 Status request - hit enter key
It will then show the readout that you are looking for.

By the way, I replaced my front right wheel bearing and it fixed my issues. The magnet was reading way off which was throwing my system for a loop.
