Running Rich? (PID Snapshot)

So the saga of engine troubles continues! I had the car for a few weeks when I got a CEL, indicating a misfire on #3. I took the car to the DEALER and they charged me an arm and a leg for walnut blasting and a new set of spark plugs. I was okay for a while until the clutch started to groan.

After my clutch replacement, I had injection coil #3 go out. My mechanic said there was a possible O2 sensor problem when I picked the car up. It's idling a bit rough (Idle RPM as high as 900, low as 650) and I still feel a lack of power, so I took a PID snapshot after my commute home, long term fuel trim indicated -3.12%, short term was -8.59%. Is this normal? I'm running with a solid flywheel now and I'm not sure how much of the performance difference is the new clutch and what could be a problem with the car.

Here's a PID snapshot, taken after my evening commute. Am I being obsessive here? The car's been in the shop more than out over the last month.
