What gaskets need replacing when pulling the Supercharger?

Well, I just realized that I'm planning to replace my supercharger oil this weekend but don't have any new gaskets for the project. I'm assuming the gaskets on the car now aren't able to be re-used? What gaskets need to be refreshed when pulling the SC?

Supercharger inlet gasket and supercharger outlet gasket at a minimum. Depends on what else you do while you are in there. I changed the Crankshaft Position Sensor Oring because it is a known leaky seal. Some change the dipstick oring as well. The water pump to block oring is always good to replace.

Here is the whole engine kit...

but you will not need all of them.

Waymotorworks also has a kit that just has the sc gaskets...then add 2 bottles of special sc oil...ac delco or gm has it for Eaton's units....
The green one and the water pump o-ring are the main one...you are asking for trouble if either one is not replaced, as in having to do the job 100% over....
A pro who has done it many times will take 5+ hours...so doing it diy...watch out.
If you have a reason...fine...but just for fun...lol.
Many folks get a "new mini", read about issues, and dig in....they become a bit ocd...and fear issues, sometimes that are on other models...
Often creating issues when they get in over their heads...
Remember...bolts corrode and sieze....things get brittle.....
Lots if debate, but IMO if you are going to swap the sc, do a new water pump, and lots of other MX items...
Just changing the oil (on the sc)....IMO a bit of a fools game...like snipe hunting...dubious gains due to the time and labour involved vs added life on an item that is already a wear item....

We always replace the inlet, outlet and water pump seals when we pull a supercharger.
Inlet gasket

Outlet Gasket

Water Pump Orings

And since you will be in there it's a good time to put in a crank sensor oring
