82-14-1-467-704 here. 81 22 9 407 454 doesn't come up and according to real OEM it has supersedes to 83192211191. Might be able to call the dealership and find out more info about that part number as it doesn't come up in the system either.

81229407454 looks like it is an older BMW part number of the small bottles. 82141467704 is the BMW gallon coolant.
MINI Coolant comes in a black bottle and is blue in color. Mix it 50/ 50 with distilled water.

Probably found 10,000 different answers.
The big issue with coolants is whether the car has a brass radiator that is soldered. Here is a thread from a BMW forum, read and then decide what you need to use.

From what I heard in the past is the formula that does not degrade the type of metals BMW uses in the system and type of material in the head gaskets from an insider at the group.

At least on the Gen1 with the Rover/Chrysler Tritec, Chrysler HOAT coolant is Xerex G-05. The Tritec was in both the Neon and PT Cruiser outside the USA. For some reason I just cannot believe that the Tritec in the MINI had different head gaskets then the Chrysler.
I have heard stories of the stuff turning to jello and that you cannot mix the eco friendly propylene with ethylene. Seen chocolate mousse in a car when the oil mixes with coolant but never jello and mixing the two types together does nothing other than lessen the boiling point of the ethylene along with making the mixture poisonous.
IMO its like Friday the 13th that most people have no idea was the day the Knights Templar got wiped out.

Shared the engine basics but i know BMW group used different supplier for the MINI production side. As I tried to find the supplier from the euro neon and they had different contracts. My guess is that they had Premium parts for certain thing on the BMW/MINI side, while the neon side got basics. If i find that engineering from the Tritech days I will ask him.
