I believe it's attached to the lower grill on the front bumper. You can easily see the sensor if you shine a light on it through the grill on the drivers side. Hi guys, my car thinks its hotter then the actual temperature. Im looking to replace the sensor, where is it located exactly?
My Mini is like that as well, my mother's car also. I find it more accurate in the colder months because the assault that the car sits on or drives on can be 140F, that's going to exaggerate the temperature readings especially in the hotter Summer months. I wouldn't pay much attention to your Mini's temperature gauge.
