You need to find a more qualified scan tool, those codes are irrelevant.
The P0305 code isn't a misfire code, it isn't in the MINI PID library.
Many of those codes are just garble without a proper scan tool.

Yes, those are not any MINI codes. You could try your luck at a local auto parts store that can pull codes and see what codes they come up with. Otherwise, scan tools like AutoEnginuity are able to read diagnostic trouble codes and do much more.
