Need help diagnosing the problem

I recently was driving for about 20 mins on the freeway and got off. 1 mile down the check engine light appears. No power (limp mode) and when not in gear the car will rev up and down between 1k and 1.5k. The codes I have are p1638, P1637 and P2103. Im thinking it is coming down to a throttle body but I just want others opinion before I bite the bullet and buy one.

More info here: It not a cold or frozen stuck throttle( too way in the bay areas), but might be gummed up , pull it and clean it.
