Leaking coolant temp sensor O-ring replacement?
So this weekend I performed an oil change and changed my valve cover gasket, when I noticed a leak in the coolant system. It's a recent development as I did not notice it when I changed the oil about 8k miles ago. I have not been able to locate a part number online for the sensor, can someone point me in the right direction?
I could probably just replace the O-ring, but I'd like to see what the sensor costs. While searching, I found a very similar part for a BMW ($20), but unfortunately I didn't record any info off the sensor from my car when I had it out.
Here are a couple pics:

Have you replaced the thermostat yet? The new thermostat design has the temp sensor in the thermostat (look at yours it's under where the bleed screw is). Image of it HERE. Therefore, it renders that sensor location useless. Do you have an automatic or manual? The new elbow piece that eliminates that sensor location for an automatic is HERE and manual is HERE. If you don't want to buy the hoses, and have the updated thermostat with sensor, people have installed the old sensor with RTV to help seal it permanently. If you don't, you may try your luck at an auto parts store and see if you can find the right size o-ring replacement until it comes time to replace your thermostat.

Yep this is the part and you can get the o-ring. Make sure its seated correctly and the tap did not break on the old part, we have seen that happen which require a whole new part.
