Its not a separate part, you would either have to find a junk one and transfer, or buy a new one. And also lessen the chance of a vacuum pump seizure in the future.

The break looks quite clean. I would go to Home Dept and get a bottle of Loctite Super Glue Professional Liquid. As long as the break is clean this will hold tight. Picked up this tip from the Mazda Miata forum. Had a 1991 BRG that had quite a few broken plastic parts and a loose top seam and this product worked great. Just be sure that both parts are spotless and dry before gluing. This stuff drys very fast. I always keep a bottle around the house for repairs.
