Need Help ID'ing a Part

Looking for a PN. Don't see this part on any exploded diagram.

It is a simple piece of roughly 1"x1.5" angle rubber, mounted to the bottom chassis, parallel (and set back a bit?) from the firewall.

I assume it's a spoiler of some type that helps keep mud and junk from accumulating within an important section of the undercarriage.

The piece in the picture is the one section that was broken out. An intact part is almost as wide as the car.

Thank you.

For heaven's sake

Found this in the "Underbody paneling, rear" section. I was looking "...front":

I'm thinking part number 51711481428 is what I want to replace.

Anyone know its special purpose?
