R53 Knock sensor p0325
Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what may be causing my car to have a p0325 code show up. At first it would come on periodically and then after a few drive cycles it would turn off. I just changed the knock sensor since people have said that most of the time it will fix the issue. But now the SES light just stays on. I don't hear any knocking from the motor and it drives perfectly fine. If anyone has ideas I would appreciate it.

You need to clear the fault codes from the computer, it takes multiple key cycles of the car not seeing the fault to turn the light off and store the code.
Start with clearing the codes and resetting the adaptations.

Yes, if everything seems fine and all you have is the light you need to clear the codes with your scan tool. If for any reason you have issues after maybe check wiring for any sort of short. Good luck!
