R53 Belt tensioner quetions

Hi guys, I've just done the 17% pulley and smaller belt. I can see about 2/3 of the first hole when the car is not running. And I can see that the spring on the tensioner bounces a bit at idle. Should I be worried?

The car is a Auto, 65K on the clock. I don't think the tensioner has been changed.

Opinions are welcome.

What size belt did you install?

Usually if you're showing that first hole there is enough tension on the belt.

The spring bouncing means it's working.
