I'm in the first stages of tracking down a battery draw/bad battery/electrical gremlin, and recently noticed something, and am unsure if it's normal or indicative of an issue.

If my car is parked and off, and I open the door, my gauge cluster will give a light buzz for about 3 seconds. Is this normal? Has anyone else noticed this?

About 6 months ago I had to gut the interior because I left the sunroof open overnight during a nasty storm... I gave it a few solid days in high heat with windows open and fans working, but am hoping there isn't any lingering moisture causing issues.
