ELectrical Problem

Anyway, I decided to replace the oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler seal over the weekend. It was suppose to be an easy job but I ended up removing the turbo/manifold since the bolt on the brace won't budge.

So I finished the whole work with no issues but when I started the car, the dash light will not turn on. The headlights and foglamps are on and the brakelights are fully on. My windows was unfortunately rolled down and I can bring it up either.

Before starting the car up, the service light (car icon on a lifter) flashed and it gave me a warning of the battery is draining.

Do you guys have any idea what it is??

Seems like a low battery, it can cause random problems that don't seem to have any root cause. When my battery was low my windows wouldn't do that thing where they roll down a little when you open the door. And I had to unlock the car with the physical key but the little pin unlocked reaaaallly slowly. If you car is telling you that your battery is low it's probably worth getting a new one to see if that fixes the problems. Or just drive around for like 2 hours on the highway to charge the battery up.

If the battery tests good then it sounds like you need an FRM, call the dealer, most cars are covered under the extended warranty on the FRM.
