My OBII scanner read 12 codes.please help. I cry

Car was running great, then I went to drive down the street and car completely died. I checked spark plugs, fuel pump etc, and finally found a blown fuse. Replaced fuse and car runs well again. Then couple days later fuse blows again and immediately blows any replacements. Its the F2 fuse that blows If the R1 relay is in(i take out relay and fuse wouldnt blow). Cleaned and tightened all grounds i could find and now fuse doesnt blow with r1 relay in and I can start and drive car. Car seems to be running decently well. I'm pretty sure there is a short in my 40 pin ecu cable but not sure how to fix it...Any advice or suggestions would be helpful. My codes are P0304, P0335, P0420, P1229, P1239, P1617, P1692, P1613, P0500, P0420. My car is a 2006 mcs.

Did you clear all of these codes after you got the fuse to stop blowing? Clear the codes and see what comes back. Do you have a Bentley Manual?
