Dumbfounded by alarming noise

My R53 has been making a strange noise over the past week - quite possibly a number of things that I have read up on, but also inconsistent with previous symptoms that have been posted regarding any of the listed issues.

The noise is quite similar to "bag of rocks/marbles" from the engine but more akin to a vibration; noise only appears when revving (1.5-2k rpm) - never at plain idle. Noise is present both at idle and when in gear when hitting said rpm's; when in gear, noise is most apparent when de-pressing clutch before changing into gear. Said noise also causes dashboard to vibrate and seems to be coming from lower in the engine bay (to the right of headers).

Possible issues:
- Timing belt tensioner - most seeming culprit, although said noise does not manifest at plain idle, nor at cold start.
- Throwout bearing - similar to noises found online, but unlikely as noise does not only happen when in gear
- Some sort of coupler for manifold/exhaust has come loose - wishful thinking that it's not serious - although I did an exhaust install with a buddy (not professional)
- Damper?
- Motor mounts?

There is no CEL; oil level is optimal

I'd really love some insight on this. Here's a link to a video (in-cabin)

Not much to tell from the video, but if you say it gets worse/better with clutch depression/engagement chances are that you've either got a clutch problem or throw out bearing problem.

Where you able to fix this problem? Im getting a strange noise also coming from the driver side, it only does it in 1st and 2nd gear, the 3rd gear you can here it very minimal and the strange thing is it only does it when it sits for a couple hours, after it warms up it goes away any ideas what it might be? Here is a link to my video thanks
