PCV Valve

I have a 2011 Cooper S. I have excess build up of oil trapped in my pcv valve and it's causing the pressure of crankcase to push oil out of my crank seal. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

PCV valve is built into the valve cover, no way to clean it. Only option is to replace the valve cover.
