Code/Running issues

Hey all,
I have a 2003 cooper s that has recently been under the hammer. Having finished the head gasket change/head resurfacing, my car is now showing about 10 codes. They start with the misfire in cylinders 2 and 3, ignition coil, camshaft position sensor and several more.

The mini also idles very rough, and without throttling down easy it will stall right after starting. When I rev up the engine, however, it sounds as though it is running fine (no misfire).

I'm interested in knowing if anyone has experienced this, or something similar and could provide possible solutions for my many codes/problems.

Thanks, John

Figured it out! The bracket that goes over the throttle body was preventing the vacuum? Deal below the hot side intercooler horn from moving. Moved the bracket and reset the codes and it's running great!

Take a picture, would be interested to see what you had.

I have found that the clamps holding the BPV rubber duct to the SC horn do not hold pressure well. I removed mine and replaced with worm drive clamps.
