Tach error codes after rebuild and starter noise

I just finished my engine rebuild on my 2009 Mini Cooper S and in the hidden menu on the tach I am getting these codes and I am trying to figure out what they are.

A3B9h
A54Bh
A3AFh
A3ADh
A3ACh
A550h
A3B3h
A567h

Also, I go to start it and my new starter just makes a loud noise and it doesn't look like it is engaging since I can see that the cam's aren't turning. Any help would be great!

since you had the batt disconnected, you will see lots of codes. get a code scanner and delete all codes. then see what pops back.

are you starting the engine with the valve cover removed? DO NOT do that. Finally, did you remove the locking pin from the trans and cams for that matter?

The valve cover is on and all the locking pin is out of the transmission. I have a code scanner and is has one pending code of P1631 and from what I have looked up it has something to do with the throttle actuator spring but I never messed with it. Do I need a new throttle body?

Back to the starter, you checked all the plugs and the ground stip on the engine mount?

Just keep Clearing the codes until the car actually starts.

Oh, where you able to spin the engine by hand?

I was able to turn it by hand with a breaker bar with the cams and chain all hooked up. It has started one time but only for 15 seconds or till it died and my previous starter was fried in the process so now I have my warranty replacement hooked up. I assume I will have to re-check all the wiring

Does it turn smoothly? Turn it again by hand as many turns as you can. Make sure the oil is spitting into the cyl head.
