Help with codes P1125, P1229 and P0638

So I'm new here and im still learning how to figure out common issues and repairs that minis are prone to.

So i recently I got codes, P1225, P1229 and P0638 on my 2006 MCS (auto) also SES, EML, traction control, battery and oil pressure lights are on. It's been a week and now it doesn't turn on. I have order new MAP sensor, Camshaft sensor, Crankshaft sensor and Oxygen sensor bank 2 (bank 1 was replaced late in 2016) and also order a new BPV. TBU has been replaced twice already (June 2016, used and then a new one on April 2017) and has been check and it reads normally. New battery was replaced in January 2017 and new alternator was put in on April 2017. Transmission got rebuild on April 2016. Serpentine belt, belt tensioner pulley and crank pulley were replaced in June 2015.

So my question is, has anyone dealt with these issues before and if so, what was the actual issue? Before now, the car would go on limp mode on occasion and not go over 15mph and max rpm were around 1500. But usually turning it off and letting rest and then turning it back on would fix the issue. Also there was a hard shift when I would shift from park, reverse to drive.

Any suggestions will help.

Thanks!
- just a girl trying to learn more on how to take good care of her car.

Going to move this to Stock Problems/Issues.

The first two codes are throttle related. What led you to think O2 sensor. AND, how old is your battery? An old battery or a terminal that is not tight will help nothing.

Battery got switched beginning of the year. So five months old? I had an issue with the O2 sensors and code came up, I had it recently come up but it went away after I ordered the part. The first one got replaced when I got the code for bank 2 and since it was at the shop, it got replaced then.

One of the codes was the throttle potentiometer if I remember correctly. Perhaps someone will chime in whether that means the part is broken or that the parameter limits were out of range.
