Hydraulic motor mount?

Another issue with the wife's 05 Cooper. There is a terrible vibration at idle, and goes away as soon as you blip the throttle. This occurs always and is nothing like what I've seen before regarding erratic idle. It almost feels like a constant miss (but no CEL) or a motor mount which I'm quick to suspect. Any way to find out if that mount is bad? Is there a certain amount of the mount I should be seeing? I'll post pictures of the condition if it helps.

Thanks!

Need to check the passenger side motor mount along with the bottom mount. If you have had the car for awhile and if the upper mount goes you have a blackish gooey oil discharge from the bottom of the mount where it meets the painted body frame in the engine compartment.

The bottom joint is broken if the thin webbing between the the thicker black portions are broken/gone.

You should also check the belt tensioner and the crank pulley/harmonic balancer.
