2010 HPFP problem? Step inside
As many of you know, the 2010 was left out of the warranty extension for the HPFP. As you also know, they have the same exact problems the other years have, so why would MINI do this?
I've been having random problems with my own HPFP and in my search for a resolution from MINI, I discovered that a class action has been put together for 2010 owners.
If you've already replaced your HPFP out of pocket, or are having problems and need a replacement, contact Brad King at Ahdoot & Wolfson.
No guarantees but the more people that get on board, the more likely MINI will include us in this warranty extension too.

Back in August 2015, I sent mini a demand letter to get reimbursement for the HPFP replacement in my 2010 cooper S. I never got an answer
Additionally, I had been led to believe by a CS rep at MINI.assistance that I would be eligible for goodwill warranty. Once I got it done at my expense I was left to dry.
