Going to move you to the Stock Problems/Issues area.
1611 is a transmission module issue if I remember correctly but can be something as simple as the battery cable not having a good connection. How many miles on the car? How old is the battery? Have you had the battery tested?

I think I would do-the-cheap-stuff-first!
Disconnect the battery altogether.
Sandpaper the cables, terminals & ground connection points - don't reconnect them yet.
Find the ground strap by the right side engine mount, take it off & sandpaper it - re-install it tight. This seems to be the critical one.
There are 8 more ground points! There's a list here somewhere but I can't find it.
Re-connect the battery cables tight.
Fingers crossed & start the car.
