I had a crack where the fuel feed line goes into the fuel filter housing so I bought a new housing and replaced the cover and filter . I have no fuel pressure at the feed to the top of the housing although I can hear the fuel pump running ,. I though maybe it was bec I only had 1/4 tank so I put 5 gal in and now Im at 1/2 tank . Still no fuel comming out of feed line to the fuel filter housing .
Any ideas ??
Hello. what did your problem end up being? I am having the exact same issue now. I replaced a cracked fuel filter cap (installed new filter and gaskets too), but now it won’t start.
Is is there a way to prime the fuel line to remove some air, or is that even an issue?

Yep, double check the o-rings on the fuel filter & pump caps! I haven't gotten a chance to take a pump out yet, but I imagine pressure is escaping somewhere, and those big seals are the most likely culprit.
Changed the filter yesterday.. turned the key 1-2 times to see if fuel gets out the hole where the hose clips . And it does ( if it doesn’t, then there’s something not sealed correctly) ..

Hopefully you've found the solution. I had the same problem after switching the fuel filter. Turns out the top on the filter housing was not properly seated nor properly sealed. Make sure the housing top tabs are in the correct location, press down (hard), then stick a screwdriver into the cavity just below the fuel line connection and turn (approx. 1/8 turn) the top until it locks in place. It's a closed system (needs pressure) so if that fuel filter housing top is not seated correctly your car will not start.
